What to Expect in a PSYCH-K® Session
Transforming the Perception of Stress
Our perception of stress relating to a trauma, situation or condition can have a massive impact on our physical and mental health. Each of us will react differently as our belief systems are unique, but I have no doubt we have all experienced something that has triggered a negative response.
As an example, a trauma will stay with us and every time we think about it we may get tight in the tummy, get headaches, become upset or make us anxious. It can relate to a recent trauma or something from many years ago. Over time these reactions may become more extreme and dominate your everyday life. At times it can eventually cause dis-ease in the body.
In PSYCH-K® when working on the perception of stress, we refer to situations or conditions. A situation relates to issues such as worrying about your children, job loss, relationship breakdown or money issues. Conditions relate to a medical diagnosis or any physical issue.
While in the ‘whole-brained’ state, we are able to transform the perception of stress and either eliminate it completely or provide a significant reduction.
The situation or condition is still present, but your reaction to it has changed. It offers so much clarity and relief. Often a client will have a sense of feeling free and have a space inside as the stress response is gone.
Balancing Negative & Limiting Beliefs
In an initial session we will always include self love and self worth beliefs such as : I love myself ; I am worthy of love ; I trust my decisions ; I forgive myself.
By balancing our core beliefs such as love, trust, forgiveness and worthiness, we are able to create a solid foundation for life.
Up to 70% of our subconscious beliefs are negative and limiting.

Yes! PSYCH-K® sessions are just as effective online as they are in person.
Online sessions are done via Zoom, WhatsApp or Facebook.
In a typical PSYCH-K® session, we will begin by discussing what your priority is. What is the area most you would like to transform at that very moment.
If there is a negative stress reaction relating to a trauma, situation or condition then we will Transform the Perception of Stress immediately.
We will then move on to ‘what would you prefer’ and replace/balance any beliefs relating to that trauma, situation or condition.
Many beliefs can be replaced and balanced in a single session as we will delve into all areas relating to your priority.
Once we have established the beliefs to be changed, I make contact with your subconscious mind using a muscle testing technique. As soon as that is done, we are free to clear the beliefs.
It is a very quick and simple process. Once the beliefs have been updated, the changes are lasting.
We are complicated beings and often times we have many areas in life to address. the key is to focus on one priority at a time so we can deep dive and work on all aspects. This means that often a single session will not be enough.
Your subconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve. If your life feels like a car being driven with one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brake, chances are you have a conflict between your conscious goals and your subconscious beliefs.
