Plant Based Omega 3

Even when I did eat meat, I was kinda grossed out taking fish oil tablets.  It just was (in my mind) disgusting.  Ewwwww.   My husband and kids felt the same way.

Fast forward to me no longer eating animals or animal products, and it was time to research how to replace my source of Omega 3 in a healthy, food based way.

Why are Omega 3 fatty acids so important?  Here’s a quick list showing some of the main benefits of including Omega 3 fatty acids into your daily routine.
